Improve your technique and performance in all dance forms by strengthening the body whilst improving coordination, balance, and alignment and optimizing flexibility. The result is deeper pliés, higher jumps with less effort, neater turns, and improved extension and turnout.

Legs and Feet:
Avoid or improve fallen arches with these classes designed to strengthen the backs of the legs and feet, improve posture and understand alignment.
